“So who’s pants are you wearing”

Alright ladies Lets talk a little bit about what are we wearing to workout in this year. With so many choices to designs and trying to figure out which one is the best for us. In this blog I’m gonna narrow down the best types of workout clothes that will help you find the right fit for any workout.

Finding the right fit for each type of workout can definitely become over whelming and confusing with so many styles and brands to choose from. I’ve personally always enjoyed Queenie Athletics, Lululemon and Under Armour, these few brands have out standing quality and comfort when it comes to finding the right pants for any type of workout that I’ve experienced. I enjoy so many different types of workout like running, hiking, HITT, yoga, Barre, weight training and cycling. My active lifestyle needs to have the right clothing to keep up with the high intensity workouts that I do around 4-5 times a week, I still find these few brands Queenie Athletics, Lululemon and Under Amour to stand up to any challenge I’ve come across through the years! One pair of leggings I’ve been wearing that really holds its quality is the Queenie Ke Women’s Yoga Capri s. I’ve been wearing these for a few months now and keep buying the same ones lol, but in different colors and the cost is so reasonable.

If I was to pick my favorite pair of leggings for running, jogging or walking. It would definitely be Under Armour Women’s Armour Fly Fast Capri’s! https://amzn.to/2Sqaiws I absolutely love the fit and style, Material wicks sweat & dries really fast, plus it’s anti-order technology which help with not smelling after a long run or jog. I’ve always felt very comfortable during long runs. They have a wide flat waistband with an interior draw-cord for the perfect stay-put fit. Plus there are so many colors to choose from that it’s definitely fun to try new styles out.

When it comes to weight training or cycling I enjoy wearing the Active Research  Compression Pants, during high impact workouts these are the perfect pants. I’ve never felt like they were itchy or irritating on my skin when doing squats, burpee’s or leg crossovers. Also these compression pants promote muscle and joint recovery which is big for me cause at times I can over do it, I push myself to the max and if I’m wearing a different pair other than these then I definitely feel my muscles hurting the next day. What’s absolutely wonderful about these compression pants is they are perfect for any sport, fitness activities, yoga and just wearing around the house while cleaning. https://amzn.to/2UFQpiN

One of my favorite workouts is a BARRE class, the amount of strength you need to keep going an going while trying to keep your legs moving up and down and falling off lol. The amount of stamina that is required to get through the whole class is absolutely crazy! Well to say I have one favorite pair of leggings is not the case here. The quality and durable fabric I get each and every time I put these on is outstanding, I really love Lululemon Wunder Under Pants https://amzn.to/2MK5H3d. Along with Under Armour Girls’ Heat Gear Armour Printed Legging https://amzn.to/2MOBj7z

I  can go on and on about fitness and all the different styles of workout clothes but you are the only one who knows your body and knows what  works for you. For many years I struggled with trying to wear the cheaper gear but feeling itchy or irritated during my workouts wasn’t helping me achieve my best performance. So even if you invest in one or two pairs with good quality then it’s definitely gonna make a big difference in your performance for sure. Well good luck and I hope you enjoyed my post.

Thank you
